During your first call our team will identify your provider and determine your specific insurance coverage and available treatment options.
After confirming your treatment coverage, we will coordinate an initial assessment to ensure you are a fit clinically for our program, from there we will continue assisting through your transportation needs and scheduling for admission into the correct level of care.
Most of our out-of-state clients arrive from Washington, Texas, and New York however we are able to assist with intakes from across the entire country ensuring a stress free admissions process from the first contact, throug travel to make sure you arrive to the facility with ease.
We don't just meet you at baggage claim — we help you book the flight. Our admissions team works with travel partners to find direct routes, time-of-day options that fit your schedule, and budget-friendly fares. If a family member is flying with you, we coordinate that too.
