Substance-specific detox protocols — alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, tranq (xylazine). 30 to 90 days of residential rehab follows in the same private estate. The same medical team carries through from detox into residential — no mid-treatment transfers. Medical oversight is provided by Eric Chaghouri, MD — a board-certified psychiatrist, USC-trained, with a forensic psychiatry fellowship at the USC Institute of Psychiatry and Law.

Integrated healing Approach

Evidence-based modalities form the core. CBT for thought-pattern work. DBT for emotional regulation. EMDR for trauma processing. Motivational interviewing. MAT (medication-assisted treatment) is available where clinically indicated — Suboxone, Vivitrol, naltrexone. Yoga, meditation, Sauna and nutrition counseling are part of your day, not just topics in a group.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All communications are HIPAA-protected. Treatment, billing, and admissions are kept separate from any third-party that might recognize you. Current and former clients are not listed anywhere, ever, including in marketing — ensuring that you are not subject to negative consequences for seeking help.
