7am breakfast. 9am individual therapy. 11am group. Lunch. Afternoon: yoga, art therapy, gym, or recreation. 4pm specialty group. Dinner. Evening: AA, free time, or family call. Lights out by 11.Therapy Modalities

If you started medications during detox (naltrexone, acamprosate, disulfiram), we continue and adjust. If you didn’t, we revisit MAT options weekly.Family Program
Weekly family therapy starting week 2 (when you’re ready). Family weekend retreats once a month. We treat addiction as a family disease because it is one.
